The goal of the blog is to provide useful information and to inspire learning about heath and how we can actually have an impact on our DNA by the daily things we do or don’t do.
We can’t change our existing DNA by our will, but we actually have power over what part of it is expressed, used to create our body, cells, enzymes, proteins. Your DNA is just the book, but you have the power to choose which chapters you are reading.
This power is called epigenetics.
